Latchmere Consulting was founded in 2016 with the mission is to make work-life more productive, innovative, and meaningful for everyone.
With over 50 years of combined experience, we partner closely with our clients to solve their people-focused, change, and organizational development issues. Our experience working with organizations ranging from Start-Ups, Global Fortune 50s, and Higher Education Systems, equips us to effectively support organizations of all shapes and sizes.
Leadership
Justin Paul is the Founder and Principal of Latchmere Consulting. Before founding the firm Justin held a broad range of Senior Management Organizational Development positions within PepsiCo, a Fortune 50 company and second largest food and beverage business in the world. He has deep expertise optimizing cross cultural teams and has lived in New York, the UK, Barcelona, and Bangkok while working with senior leaders across North America, Latin America, Russia, Europe, and Asia.
He specializes in Talent Management, Organizational Change, and Leadership Development and brings an understanding of the latest research in organizational psychology as well as practical know how from having lived on 3 continents helping thousands of Fortune 500 leaders unlock the potential of their teams.
With a background in consulting and entrepreneurship, he brings practical insights from working across 30 countries. Justin holds an MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and is certified in a wide variety of psychological and entrepreneurial assessments and methodologies.

Dr. Jenipher Cornelius
Senior Management Consultant
Dr. Cornelius specializes in virtual and in-person workshops, offering practical skills and tools in organizational change management and leadership development. With over 20 years of experience, she prepares individuals for success as an adjunct professor and curriculum developer. She holds a Doctorate of Strategic Leadership from Regent University, and has an MBA.

Senior Associate Management Consultant
Dr. Hymowitz is a skilled professional in leadership development, training design, and change management. He excels in understanding organizational needs through surveys and interviews, and is passionate about maximizing employee engagement and performance. His expertise includes 360-degree feedback and leveraging personality assessments to understand and capitalize on individual strengths, amongst others. He holds a PhD in Applied Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and is a Hogan Assessments Certified coach.
